My car is broken; can I get the discount as soon as I purchase the plan?
Yes, as soon as you sign up you are eligible for the discounts. The free service coupon is part of your membership card that will be mailed to you.

What happens if I am not happy with the shop, can I change?
Yes, you are free to utilize the services of any shop in the network. You can use the shop by your home for one vehicle and the shop near your job for another.

Does the plan cover all of my vehicles?
You can sign up for the family plan, which costs $99.95.

My car has a lot of miles on it can I still join?
Yes, we accept any car regardless of mileage.

How do I know that the shop is reputable?
When a shop joins the Pit Stop Auto Plan Network, we are agreeing to allow them access to our members provided that they act in an ethical manner, provide the discounts they have agreed to and stand behind the work they do. It is understood that if we have complaints about a shop that they will be terminated from the Network and our members directed elsewhere. We check each shop with the Better Business Bureau.
